Why we stopped calling ourselves an agency

We started Incredible Visibility in 2016. The name sounds like a marketing firm, and for a while our website read like one. The old site listed more than 50 capabilities, from branding and photography to web design, SEO and app development. That list was accurate. It was also the wrong story. When we looked at where our time and our best results came from, the pattern was clear. Our longest client relationship has run for more than eight years. About 24 of our people work inside SandCloud every day, across customer support, finance operations, NetSuite and data, and we built its AI support agent. SandCloud grew from $15K to $45M in revenue during that partnership. We engineered the fintech middleware DCSGOPAY uses across 330+ locations, over more than eight years. None of that is agency work. It is long-term product and operations work.

We build our own products

The bigger change was internal. We stopped only building for others and started shipping our own products.

Blind Weight is a digital health product, patented in Canada and Australia with a US patent pending. Clinics, telehealth providers and universities use it.

Mayavi (mayavi.ai) is our AI agent platform. We built it because the tools we needed for reliable AI agents did not exist.

HRM Track is an HR and payroll platform

FormsLead handles lead capture and follow-up

Running products changes how you build them. You learn that a feature nobody adopts is a cost, not a win. You learn what technical debt does to a roadmap two years later. You learn that support, billing and onboarding matter as much as the code. A team that has only ever shipped against tickets does not learn those things.

What "AI-native" means for us

"AI-native" is everywhere right now, so here is what we mean by it. Three things:

1. AI is in how we deliver.

Our engineers use AI tools across design, code, testing and documentation, with review steps so quality does not slip.

2. AI is in what we build, where it earns its place.

We add AI when it removes real work: answering customer questions, routing support, preparing clinical intake, flagging operational problems. We don't add it to make a pitch deck look modern.

3. We run AI in production ourselves.

Mayavi runs live AI agents across chat, voice and social channels. When we recommend an approach to a client, we have usually already broken it and fixed it on our own platform. One example: SandCloud's support agent answers product questions, tracks orders and hands complex cases to people. It runs on the same kind of system we use in Mayav

Part of how everything is built

This is not a criticism of agencies. Many clients need exactly what an agency does. It just isn't what we do best.

What changes for our clients

If you already work with us, the people and the work stay the same. What changes is what we lead with and what we measure.

  • We start with outcomes. Before scoping features, we ask what the product has to change: revenue, cost, time, risk.
  • We plan for year two. Architecture, hosting and maintenance costs are part of the first conversation, not a surprise later.
  • We stay. Most of our work is long-term partnerships, not one-off projects.

We still do design and front-end work. Now it serves the product, rather than being the product.

Who this is for

We do our best work with:

  • Funded startups that need a senior team to get from idea to a product people pay for
  • Growing companies in commerce, fintech and healthcare that need to build, modernize or add AI to a product that already makes money
  • Teams that want a long-term engineering partner, not a vendor for one release

If you need a one-week website or a logo, we are probably not the right fit. We'll tell you, and point you to someone who is.

FAQ

What is an AI-native product studio?

A team that designs, builds and runs software products and uses AI inside its own delivery process, not only in the products it ships.

Is a product studio the same as a software development company?

They overlap. The difference is ownership: a studio takes responsibility for whether the product works in the market, not only whether the code was delivered.

Does Incredible Visibility still do design and development?

Yes. Design and engineering are part of every product we build. We just don't sell them as standalone services first.

Which industries do you focus on?

Commerce, fintech and healthcare, where reliability, compliance and scale matter most.
