Making A Deep AI Platform Easy To Understand: The Marketing Website Behind Mayavi

Incredible Visibility designed and built mayavi.ai, the public website for our own AI agent platform. The site turns a product with assistants, agents, automations, and dozens of integrations into one clear story, and routes visitors to a demo, a sales call, or a one-click Shopify install.

Overview

Mayavi is Incredible Visibility's own AI agent platform. Businesses use it to deploy voice and chat assistants, autonomous agents, and visual automations that answer customers and complete real work across websites, phone, WhatsApp, Slack, email, and social channels.

The platform has grown well beyond its Shopify-first start. It now supports four AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Sarvam), ten channels from a single assistant, and three deployment models: Managed SaaS, BYOK, and Self-hosted.

mayavi.ai is where that depth meets the market. Its job is to make a broad, technical product feel simple, credible, and ready to try, for ecommerce owners, support leaders, and enterprise buyers alike

The Challenge

The AI agent market is crowded with sites that sound the same. Most promise "autonomous agents" and "intelligent automation" without showing what the product actually does. Buyers have learned to tune that language out.

Mayavi had the opposite problem: too much real capability to explain. The website needed to:

  • Explain the difference between assistants, agents, and automations in seconds
  • Show breadth (channels, models, integrations) without overwhelming first-time visitors
  • Speak to three audiences at once: Shopify merchants, support and operations teams, and enterprise buyers with compliance needs
  • Make credit-based pricing and three deployment models easy to compare
  • Stand out visually in a category full of identical gradient-and-robot landing pages

It also had to convert, with clear paths to book a demo, talk to sales, or install the Shopify Suite directly.

Our Approach

We built the site as we built the product: specific, honest about how it works, and designed to earn trust from technical buyers.

  1. A Calm Brand In A Loud Category The headline "AI That Works Quietly. So Your Business Doesn't Have To." sets the tone. A dark interface, monospace type, and an interactive 3D character give Mayavi a distinct identity, the "illusionist of customer experience", instead of a generic tech look.
  2. Numbers Over Adjectives The hero backs the promise with concrete facts: 1 snippet to go live, 10 channels, 4 AI providers, and 1 credit balance. Visitors get the product's scope before they scroll.
  3. A Clear Product Model We structured the page around the platform's real architecture: Assistants talk to people, Agents do the work, Automations connect the steps, and Tools act on your systems. Each layer gets its own section with specific capabilities.
  4. Show The Use Case, Not Just The Feature Tabbed use cases (Customer Support, Ecommerce, Lead Capture, Voice Reception) and a featured Shopify Suite translate capabilities into outcomes buyers recognize.
  5. Transparent Pricing As A Differentiator We designed pricing around how Mayavi actually bills: usage-true credits, zero-markup BYOK, and self-hosted licensing. The message "Pay for intelligence, not interactions" sets Mayavi apart from per-resolution competitors.
  6. Built To Ship Fast We built on Webflow with GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis, and Three.js, so the team can update copy, pricing, and integrations as fast as the product ships.

What We Built

An Interactive 3D Hero

A Three.js-rendered character anchors the hero against a dark canvas, with a stats bar right below the headline. It gives Mayavi a memorable face and signals technical craft from the first frame.

Capability Sections For Every Platform Layer

Four scroll-driven sections cover Assistants, Agents, Automations, and Tools & Integrations. Each one explains a single concept in one line, then lists six concrete capabilities, from realtime voice and video avatars to versioned agent drafts, visual workflow canvases, and MCP tool servers.

Tabbed Use-Case Explorer

An interactive tab component walks through Customer Support, Ecommerce, Lead Capture, and Voice Reception. Each tab pairs a short story with quick facts on channels, coverage, and install effort.

Shopify Suite Showcase

A featured product block presents six AI teammates for Shopify stores, covering support, sales, orders, cart recovery, inventory, and analytics. It links straight to a one-click install in the Mayavi app.

Three-Tier Pricing Model

Side-by-side cards compare Managed SaaS, BYOK, and Self-hosted. Each card lists what is included, how billing works, and who it fits, backed by an FAQ that answers credit, API key, and overage questions in plain language.

Conversion & Industry Paths

Repeated demo and sales CTAs connect to Google Calendar booking, with a Calendly widget loaded for scheduling. Industry cards for financial services, ecommerce, and healthcare show how the platform applies beyond retail.

The Impact

mayavi.ai gives a technically deep product a clear, distinctive front door, one that explains the platform, earns trust, and moves visitors toward a conversation or an install.

  •  complete product website covering capabilities, use cases, the Shopify Suite, pricing, industries, and FAQ
  • A distinct visual identity, with a 3D character and calm dark interface, in a category of look-alike AI sites
  • A clear four-layer product model: Assistants, Agents, Automations, and Tools
  • Transparent pricing across three deployment models, positioned against per-resolution competitors
  • Three conversion paths: book a demo, talk to sales, or install the Shopify Suite in the app
  • A Webflow build the team updates in step with product releases

The same team that engineers the platform tells its story, so every claim on the site maps to a feature that exists.

Built In-House

Mayavi is Incredible Visibility's own product, and so is its website. The engineers who built the voice pipeline, agent framework, and automation builder worked alongside our designers on the site. That meant no translation layer between product and marketing: the site explains the platform in the terms its builders use, and it evolves with every release.

Industry Relevance

AI and SaaS products often have more capability than their websites can explain. Mayavi shows how we turn a complex, multi-layer platform into a story buyers follow in one scroll, with clear product architecture, honest pricing, and a brand that stands out. The same approach applies to developer tools, AI platforms, and any B2B product that needs to sell depth without losing clarity.
