Incredible Visibility designed and engineered KashHero®, a fintech platform that turns payments into secure QR codes sent straight to a recipient's phone. We built the mobile app, the issuer web platform, the APIs, and the AWS infrastructure behind them, giving people without bank accounts a fast, safe way to receive cash.

KashHero® is a U.S. payments platform for people who rely on cash. An organization that pays individuals, called an "Issuer", sends a payment through KashHero. The recipient instantly gets a KashHero® QR code by text, which they can redeem for cash at participating locations across the U.S.
Issuers use it for payroll, refunds, rebates, benefits, tax refunds, and other disbursements. Recipients need no bank account, credit card, or money order. They only need a phone.
We partnered with KashHero as its design and engineering team, turning the concept into a working product: a mobile app for recipients, a web platform for issuers, and the secure backend that connects them.

People who don't use banks have two ways to get paid: a paper check or a prepaid debit card. Both are slow and costly to distribute, especially to a spread-out group. Checks get lost in the mail. Registering debit cards for one-off or occasional payments is uneconomical.
KashHero set out to replace both with a payment that arrives instantly by text. Doing that safely meant solving several hard problems at once:
All of this had to run on infrastructure stable enough to handle real money from day one.
We treated KashHero as financial infrastructure first and an app second. Every decision started with one question: can this payment reach the right person, instantly and safely?
The core of the platform turns each payment into a unique KashHero® QR code and sends it to the recipient's phone by text. The code works as a cash voucher that can be redeemed across KashHero's U.S. location network.
A Flutter app where recipients receive, view, and redeem payments. The interface keeps every step simple for users who may not use banking apps. The app is available on the Apple App Store.
An Angular back office where issuers create single or bulk payments, then schedule, cancel, or reschedule them in seconds. It gives organizations one place to manage disbursements such as payroll, refunds, rebates, and benefits.
Layered verification checks the recipient at each stage of the payment, so funds can only be collected by the intended person. It protects issuers, recipients, and redemption partners from fraud.
A C# and .NET Core Web API connects the mobile app, the issuer platform, and the redemption network, with consistent rules for every transaction.
Cloud hosting on AWS with managed databases for payment records, user accounts, and transaction history. The setup supports instant disbursal and a clear audit trail for compliance.
Our work turned KashHero's idea into a live payments product, one that gives people without bank accounts a faster, safer way to receive their money.
KashHero brings digital speed to cash payments, without asking its users to change how they bank.

Incredible Visibility handled every layer of KashHero, from UI/UX design to mobile and web development, API engineering, AWS setup, and database management. With one team owning the full stack, security rules, data models, and user flows stayed consistent from the issuer's dashboard to the recipient's phone.
Financial inclusion products carry high stakes. They move real money, serve users with few alternatives, and must prove security at every step. KashHero shows how we build payment systems that are fast for users, controllable for operators, and safe by design. The same approach applies to disbursement platforms, payroll and benefits tools, digital wallets, and any fintech product serving underbanked markets.
We design and engineer fintech platforms that move money safely, from first concept to live app.
