Overview

FormsLeads is "the modern CRM for lead-driven teams". It connects the forms that capture leads directly to the pipeline that closes them, so sales teams stop juggling form tools, spreadsheets, and a separate CRM.

Teams build forms with a block-based builder, embed them on any website with a JavaScript snippet, and watch submissions appear as leads in real time. From there, automated routing, priority escalation, visual pipelines, and analytics move each lead toward a result.

The product is built around a "lead-first" philosophy: response speed decides deals. Every feature exists to make sure no new lead sits untouched.

The Challenge

Most small and mid-size sales teams run leads through a patchwork: one tool for forms, another for the CRM, and spreadsheets in between. Leads arrive in one place and get worked in another. The gap between submission and first contact is where deals go cold.

Traditional CRMs make it worse. They are heavy, slow, and built for data entry, not for selling. Teams avoid updating them, so pipelines go stale.

FormsLeads needed a platform that could:

  • Capture leads from any website and push them into the pipeline in real time
  • Route and escalate untouched leads automatically, so nothing waits too long
  • Give teams a visual pipeline with revenue forecasting they actually want to use
  • Support roles and collaboration for owners, admins, and users
  • Stay fast as lead volume grows from a hundred to unlimited
  • Scale commercially from a free tier to enterprise plans

Our Approach

We built FormsLeads around one measure: time from form submission to first human contact.

  1. Lead-First Product Logic We designed an escalation model where untouched leads move through priority levels (High, Expedited, Overdue) at set intervals such as 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and 12 hours. Terminal statuses like Scheduled, Lost, or Successful stop the timer.
  2. Forms And CRM As One System The form builder uses a dynamic schema, so every field maps directly to lead data. Submissions sync to the pipeline in real time, with no imports or middleware.
  3. Design As A Functional Requirement A clean, fast interface encourages daily use. Drag-and-drop pipeline stages, clear activity feeds, and live dashboards replace the gray grids of legacy CRMs.
  4. Performance-First Architecture A Next.js and React frontend sits on a microservices backend with gRPC communication between services. The interface stays responsive as data and teams grow.
  5. Built For Growth Role-based access, CSV exports, Zapier connectivity, and tiered plans let the product serve a solo founder on the free plan and an enterprise team on Premium.

What We Built

Intelligent Form Builder

A dynamic, block-based builder with custom validation. Each form generates a JavaScript embed snippet that works on WordPress, Webflow, React, and custom HTML sites. Submissions sync to the lead database in real time

Lead Management & Escalation Engine

Automated routing assigns leads to team members, and priority escalation flags anything left untouched. Custom statuses and a full interaction history give every rep the context they need before reaching out.

Visual Sales Pipelines

Drag-and-drop deal stages with deal values, revenue forecasting, account mapping, and contact association. Teams see the whole funnel and its projected revenue at a glance.

Actionable Analytics

Real-time dashboards for form views, conversion tracking, and team performance, with custom dashboards and one-click CSV exports for leads, forms, and deals.

Team Collaboration & Access Control

Owner, Admin, and User roles, lead assignment, and shared pipelines with a live activity feed, so the whole team works from the same picture.

Marketing Site & SaaS Plans

A product website with an interactive pipeline preview, feature overview, FAQ, and a pricing page with monthly and yearly billing across Free, Standard, and Premium plans, connected directly to signup.

The Impact

FormsLeads went from concept to a live SaaS product that takes a lead from first form submission to closed deal in one platform.

  • A full-stack CRM covering forms, lead management, pipelines, analytics, and team collaboration
  • Real-time sync from embedded forms into the sales pipeline, with no imports or middleware
  • An automated escalation model that flags untouched leads within minutes
  • A performance-first architecture on Next.js and gRPC-connected microservices
  • A self-serve SaaS model with Free, Standard, and Premium plans, now in open beta
  • A product website and signup flow that turns visitors into trial users

FormsLeads closes the gap between capturing a lead and talking to one.

Industry Relevance

SaaS buyers judge a CRM on speed and ease of use within minutes of signing up. FormsLeads shows how we build B2B SaaS products end to end: clear product logic, a fast and attractive interface, a scalable service architecture, and a pricing model ready for self-serve growth. The same approach fits sales tools, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and any workflow product where adoption depends on daily use.
